Altona City Theatre (ACT), in the course of its business, collects certain information relating to members, mailing list subscribers and auditionees. ACT guarantees that it will:
• Keep confidential and ensure that its committee and/or agents keep confidential the data collected, and take all steps as may be deemed necessary to safeguard its confidentiality;
• Not disclose the data to any person unless disclosure is necessary for the provision of the services provided by ACT, or has been requested and authorised by the member/subscriber/auditionee, or is required by law.
